A working 12th Century Mill in the heart of the Gower Peninsula with shops, a cafe, a craft centre and the closest parking for the world famous Three Cliffs Bay.
Gower heritage centre is a must for families. Learn about the history of the Mill and enjoy some lovely local food. Saturday is Market at the Mill - not to be missed! lots of local treats . Watch Welsh cakes being made on a griddle! Pick up some Gower grass fed meat for your bbq and enjoy a pint of local cider. Children love going around the Heritage Centre and meeting the goats and geese! You can also meet Stu and sign up for a guided paddle board experience from Parkmill down the river to Three Cliffs (conditions and tides dependent).

This place is brilliant for families. You can travel through the ages of milling flour, visit historic rooms, make masks & puppets, eat good food, have some local ale, feed and pet animals even have a duck race! The entrance fee is well worth it and you can easily spend a rainy day here. On public holidays and during the summer months there are often themed days for kids... eg Pirate. Interactive experiences, and multiple craft activities. If you're very lucky, you'll be here during their Cider Festivals with tons of quirky live music!
