This is the highest quality food around. There is not better restaurant than Bolete. Farm to table cuisine dishes made by master chefs. It's busy, people love it, and is also a bit pricey. Make sure you try to get there early or make reservations because you might not find a spot!

Bethlehem - (fine dining) If you are staying with us this week, it might be too late to book a table at Bolete, but this is a local favorite. Definitely pricy but you are eating fine dining food in an old stone home, so it’s an experience.
