a cultural center where something is usually happening, there's also restaurant korsten (which is chimney in estonian, a scene in andrei tarkovski's film 'stalker' was shot here)

Unique event space that has hosted the main summits of the EU leader to local coffee festivals and concerts. If you're in the area for business trip or seminar, it might just be that your main event is held here, just next door! If nothing else going on, there's a restaurant "Korsten" inside, which may allow you to peek into part of the building.
